Gold Tourmaline and Diamonds Vintage or Antique Dainty Ring Size 7

This delicate ring features 6 old mine cut small diamonds on both sides of the tourmaline stones. The diamonds are nice and shiny. The band is stamped but I cannot read what it says. I know it’s gold, though.
