Gold over silver beaded

Got from a 'new shelf pulls' lot from the retailer Kohl's. Topaz and mother of pearl stones on a lovely 14k gold over sterling silver bracelet (see pics). Retailed (sold out) for $150 USD (approx ~$190 CAD) +taxes. Selling for $135 (CAD) or best offer! Please note: The bracelet's chain is stamped (it says 1C and something else too small for me to see), and the tag I got with the item (see orange tag in the pic) says that it is Gold over silver (GOS), but I am not sure if the beads themselves are GOS becuase they are very light.
