Gold trim flower plate

Ditmar-Urbach, which was made in Czechsolvakia Has a gold trim that could be 22/24k flower center with a gold trim around the flowers. it is very old, which has some flaws and it could have been from the time of the great depression/WWII. Very lovely plate for display
