kiwiwindsor Hi there ! I purchased the 4 eyeshadows from you but one was the wrong one . I really just want the one that was missing and not return the entire order . I’ve been sent a return shipping however I really just want to correct the problem . Can you help ?

kiwiwindsor @gold_deals Thank you for getting back to me . It’s an honest mistake as the eyeshadows are all dark and look similar. I really don’t want to return the eyeshadows and would just like the other Legendary Lure. Please let me know what Poshmark says . Thank you !

kiwiwindsor @gold_deals Hello again . I’ve just received notification that I must return the items by Wednesday for a refund . Are you not able to just send me the missing eyeshadow as you already have my address from the previous shipping label ? If not , I will have to send back for a refund , I understand this is very inconvenient for both of us . Please let me know how to proceed as I have limited time . Thank you .
