Gold-dipped/enamel Evil Eye ring

(From Washington Post article) The evil eye symbol (🧿) has been found through thousands of years of history all over the world, mostly in Latin America and parts of Asia. The symbol, most often depicted as four concentric circles in the shape of an eye, is used to ward off variations of evil intentions. In Middle-Eastern cultures, the symbol is used to ward off the curse of Envy, called 'Nazar'. Like-new, Gold-dipped ring, with enamel colours. Evil Eye motif and Arabic calligraphy. The calligraphy is part of a prayer from the Quaran to ward off Nazar. Ring diameter is 21 mm, or a US ring sz 11.5. Also has a rhinstone or similar for a bit of bling.
