Golden Gate Collection MIDI Semi-Formal Dress

Robin’s egg blue midi dress with pleated skirt and waist tie. Pattern has some purple, tan, and deep green. Half sleeves and higher neckline- perfect for any spring events when a little more coverage is necessary! 18” underarm-to-underarm, 15” waist, both laid flat. Dress is 42” long; I’m 5’6 and it is below my knees. Dress is marked at a size 21 but it’s a vintage measurement: based on measurements and how it fits on me I think it’s closer to a size 10. A small seam repair has been done at the waist: it’s essentially invisible and will also be covered by the tie.
