@mellstrom it’s actually in a roller so topically(will still get in her system) and I also have a magnesium body butter with it mixed in that is absolutely amazing for sleep and soooo much more! I use them on my babies so only do what you’re comfortable with. But my passion is helping people esp Mamas🥰🫶🏼
