Good American sleeveless blazer dress

pinstripe blazer vest dress. Can be used with a long-sleeve or turtle-neck top with fleece tights. It has weight to the dress. It's a very good piece and has stretch to it. size large/12. it says xl on the tag but it fits smaller. I never used it and it was new with tag when I bought it.
