Gorgeous 1940s Evening Dress (Wounded Bird - but Fully Restorable)

This dress is in fair vintage condition BUT is fully restorable. I am just decluttering my mending pile. To fix: - open the seams in the bust and remove the remaining fabric and resew (it appears a top layer of lace was removed previously) - hem dress up to tea length where tear in tulle is And voila!
