Gorgeous 2000s Detailed Ruffled and Lacey Shirt

I absolutely loved this fairycore, cottagecore type blouse. It’s gorgeous and detailed. In great condition simple isn’t my colour. I’ve personally had this since the 2000s, but have hardly worn it, finally willing to let it go. Not sure what the fabric is, feels possibly synthetic but is comfortable and breathable.
