Incredible Algo fashions 70s black dress. Beautifully hip grazing with flattering bias cut. Flat waist measurement is ~14", estimate this would fit best on a current US size 4, 6, or smaller 8. No materials tag is attached, but this feels like polyester with slight give to it. Dress is shown on a mannequin with the following measurements: Bust: 34.5", Waist 27", Hips: 35"
