Gorgeous Beaded Art Design Black White Cocktail dress scoop corset lace up back

MEASUREMENTS: 17" pit to pit 15.5" across the waist laid flat 18" across the hip laid flat 32" from the top of the front fabric area to the hem no brand tags or size tags so I'm calling it a medium. it's a bit big on the mannequin who is 32/26/34 and so the lace up corset back is tied more tightly. I believe it's done by a modern designer but might be vintage from the 90s/80s. fabric is a type of polyester fabric, beads are glass and plastic in some cases with the "jewels" excellent used condition with minimal signs of wear: some loose threads here and there. any places where missing beads were I repaired and tied off.
