Gorgeous Breezy Dress from ELLE, 24W

A lovely, breezy, dress. Ivory illusion neckline. Fully lined. Light and flirty with lots of twirl and movement. Elastic waist with loops and removable ribbon belt. Very loose and flowy from the waist. Knee length. New, without tags. Zip back. Length is 39 inches from the shoulder. The dress is 25 inches across at the underarm (see photo) and the hip is 33 inches across. Bought it for a wedding but ended up needing something heavier. This dress is lovely, floaty, and summery. I bought a dark pink Bianca Nygard cardigan to go with the dress - it is also listed in my closet along with a great hat in black and white. Happy to bundle!
