There are small marks in the leather from use that are superficial and could be buffed out with leather cleaner and conditioner. There is no major damage or worn off leather otherwise. There is oxidation on one of the rings on the strap (see last photo) but it doesn’t affect the strap or use of the bag. All other hardware including buttons snap and zippers are in great condition.
