Gorgeous Dress, size S

This is a gorgeous dress bought in a boutique downtown Toronto. The upper layer of the dress feels like silk it is very delicate, although the label doesn’t say silk only polyester for lining. The dress has some flaws as shown in the picture. It fits small. Great for an evening out to a restaurant? I love the pockets and the glitter around the waist!
