Gorgeous Embroidered Short-Length Top

This top is really beautiful with the colorful embroidered flowers and details. I personally love it, but it is too short for me. It has a pretty ruffled collar and a loose, flowy hem. It can be worn on or off of the shoulders. This beauty has never been worn by me, though I did purchase it secondhand. There are no flaws that I can see.
