Gorgeous Floral Primark Shirt with AMAZING Sleeves

Ahhh love the sleeves on this one!! Smaller bell sleeves with tie detail. Tagged an 8 but I would say this could fit as an oversized small or a more fitted medium. Navy blue with flowers.
