Gorgeous Grey Heavy Knit Maxi Skirt with Retro 🌼 Floral Design - M/L

This is a beautiful maxi, ankle length, knit skirt! In excellent condition without piling. The knit is a substantial thickness, giving this skirt an ability to hold it's structure well. Then there's the adorable retro, pop, floral jacquard hem detail that totally ups the look of this piece! The waistband is seen in the last photo. It's a striped elastic cord that can be tied to adjust the fit. I like the elastic cord left out and seen. To me, its a fun contrast to the grey knit, but if you want a sleeker look, it's also easily tucked in and out of view. After further investigation, I'm guessing that the elastic was purposely pulled out to alter the fit. If you don't like it as is, the elastic can be placed back inside the seam and a few stitches made to close the opening up. (see last photo ) This is a thick quality knit. There are no tags attached. Waist - I have the waist in the photos tightened to 14 inches across. Laid flat, without tightening the elastic, the waist measures approximately 16 inches Length - 41 Width at the hem - 23
