Flat lay measurements show a length from the shoulder of 22 1/2 inches. The sleeves measure 23 inches. Bust measures 15 1/2 inches. Smallest part of the waist at the tie shows 12 1/2 inches. Hips are 13 inches and the shoulders measure 14 inches. Some stretch and give to this as well.
