Gorgeous Japanese Designer-ptp 17" Vintage sweater sz. Small - NWT

This light knit Vintage, Japanese Designer sweater is a gorgeous wine color jacquard with a ruffle collar and chest plaquette with jeweled buttons, & a velvet ribbon woven through the collar. New with tags, no wear, no pilling, sleeves and hem in perfect condition. I purchased this gem from @Coconut_Milk on Posh and I absolutely love it but it's 2 sizes too small. Ptp is 17" stretches to 17.5".
