Gorgeous Jean Paul Leather Snakeskin skirt

I bought this from another Posher and it doesn't fit, but how I wish it would! It says Canadian 12 but I I think it is more of a size 9/10. First pic gives style options. Next pics are of the skirt itself. Look for pictures with the measurements, so you don't make my mistake! It's very high quality and unique fabric!
