Gorgeous Prom Dress

An amazing workmanship! The dress was custom made 18 years ago for my niece, by a Hong Kong designer who specializes in bridal dresses. I do not have the content of the fabric, but definitely reflects quality. The back bow is silk that I am sure and it’s a cotton and tulle crinoline that make the dress unique.
