Gorgeous Royal Blue Prom Dress

Hey! I recently just bought this dress for my prom but realized it’s just not for me as I was pressured to buy in the moment, and now cannot return. It’s a gorgeous bright blue dress with lovely sequence detailing! There is a pad that needs to be sewn onto the top, and a small small hole on the side, but other than that it’s good as new!
