bltaylor6031 @odetojoyful hi! It is aproximstly 20-22" flat measurement under the arms - because of the way it hangs/closes it is difficult to measure. I apparently removed the tag - but it would be a rayon/polyester/spandex blend. It is super soft and cozy but at the same time it holds its shape. I hand washed it, put it in the dryer on cool to spin out the water and wrinkles and laid it flat to dry. it came out beautiful.
