Gorgeous Ruffle Dress

Gorgeous excellent condition deep v ruffle dress! Tag indicates it is Anthropolgie Sanctuary Brand, however tag is upside down so this may be someone's adorable creation as I can't find this design online. Unique and so flowy with elastic waist and three tiers of what I presume to be polyester ruffles (no interior tags) fits like a small!!
