Gorgeous Sea Green Bejewelled Mini Formal Dress

Only worn once and is from a store called Chic Couture. The dress is a beautiful mini, flowy formal dress. The front of it flows beautifully with layers and comes with a cute light scarf to wear around your arms. It says size 8, but is on the smaller size (small or xs) because the bust is certainly smaller than a size 34. It is strapless but also comes with thin straps you can attach if you feel more comfortable that way.
