Gorgeous Selina Tuxedo style wrap over dress

Stunning dress, pure class. Skirt and lapel are matte satin, the top is crepe. Has shoulder pads. Very flattering cut with high end darting. Worn 2-3 times. Mint condition. Late 80’s vintage but style is timeless and elegant.
