Gorgeous Vintage Baby Dress/Shirt Size 6-9m with silky appliques

Sweet little vintage dress or shirt with adorable silky nautical themed appliques. White with pink stripes. One light stain above the sun, hard to capture in the photos, but the fabric is slightly yellowed there. Absolutely amazing condition for a vintage baby item! My daughter wore with pink bloomers, but can be a shirt or a dress.
