mabelmac @youthfulsue So sorry about the delay in answering! The dress measures 28" pit to pit. The waist is adjustable as it's elasticated at the back. I added new pictures. It's about 16" across flat, but with the ribbon at the waist can fit a range. The picture shows a 28" waist.
