Gorgeous and sparkly cardigan

Very beautiful and dressy top jacket , with silky ruffled edging. Underneath the arms has some pilling from rubbing on the glitter, I have taken pictures as best I can it’s not too noticeable when wearing. Attached tie up belt to cinch and pull in your waist. I Purchased second hand it does not have any other tags . No missing sequence that I can see Laying flat pit to pit measurement is 22 Shoulder to hem is 23” Laying flat shoulder width 19 inches My best guess is it is a 12 or 14
