Gorgeous bedazzled black blouse this is new with tags

This is a men’s shirt but can be women’s also so unisex size xl fits like a women’s xl but men’s medium to large it is missing missing second button from the top however it wasn’t obvious to me because I was gonna wear it open over a dress and tie the bottom so it’s cropped but due to COVID we didn’t go out that year for new years !!
