Gorgeous blue show stopper dress

This one’s a show stopper! Halter style so show off your gorge shoulders. It’s ruched and elastic-y so super comfy. The top layer is sheer and there’s an opaque second layer that hits just above the knee. There’s no tags and I have no idea where it came from - but I would say it’s a small. I’ve worn this to an event and really loved it, it looks great in photos and if blue is your colour, this is it!
