Gorgeous colourful smock top/dress

This top can be worn with jeans or as an over-the-knees dress. The top bodice is tight with an a-line bottom half. Capped sleeves make this look young and summery - but it also looks good in winter with a cardigan. Because of the flared waist, I also wore this in my early days of pregnancy. Super flattering and such a fun pattern. Purchased in London, UK - the label says UK 8, but I’d say it’s about a US 4.
