Gorgeous cotton blouse (great for layering with a vest!)

Lovely comfortable cotton blouse - currently trending style especially with a layered vest look. I didn’t get to wear this more than once :( I purchased an xl by mistake and am too small for it now. Brand is Cali Gal. I cut the tag off because it was itchy.
