Gorgeous custom handmade dress, vintage, beaded so unique, size small

A beautiful royal blue, custom handmade bejeweled dress, full skirt, all beading and jewels intact, fabric covered buttons, in flawless condition, Gorgeous gold embroidery, soft cotton blend fabric, colorful, would be great for holiday events, concerts, performances. So unique, no tags, ptp is 16" waist is 14.5". Pleats at waist of skirt, button up front, fold over collar, skirt would come to above the knee. Full length of dress is: 30" shoulder to hem. I'm tempted to keep just to look at, it's so stunning, is that weird?
