Gorgeous floral print maxi dress

Gorgeous long maxi dress floral print double lined very flowy stretchy top,the top is fitted and smocked while from the hip down is flared out strapless, could definitely fit one size up, possibly 2 sizes due to the amount of stretch at the TOP.. it's a size US M but fits like a L and XL brand new never worn
