Fully lined and feels luxurious on. Nice scoop neck - beautiful on. Just offset a little like Audrey Hepburn would love it. A fitted bodice into a pleated skirt and a wide sash to belt in either a knot or bow. Super interesting hem line- a little volume at the bottom. Cotton with a touch of Lycra.
