Gorgeous vintage dress Size 4

Beautiful empire waist vintage dress in black and white with velvet at the bodice. The top white part is an interesting patterned puffy fabric and skirt is black and looks like silk. Skirt can be made a good 6-8 inches longer if preferred. One small stain in back but not really noticeable (see photos) Size Small
