Beautiful light weight vintage dress. Fits an XS-S. Bust is about 34”. Waist laid flat is 21” but the back is all smocked elastic. Waist has a beautiful peplum detail front and back. High neck and slightly dolman sleeves. Sleeves about 13” from shoulder. Shoulder pads but can be easily removed if not your vibe. Red and black abstract all over print 1L
