Gorgeous vintage skirt

Perfect condition vintage teal wool skirt with silk lining working zipper and 2 buttons very good quality no flaws measurements shown in pictures. The tag says size 8 but it don’t fit like an 8 I’m generally a 6 (last 2 model pics) and I could not do up the bottom so I think it would fit a size 4
