Adorable and vibrant dress from Australian brand Gorman. Cinchable waist, so you can wear it loose or cinched. A-line skirt with ruffle at the bottom. Silky navy blue cord with tassels. The main body is 70% cotton and 30% wool. The yoke and cuffs are 100% navy blue baby cord. Worn twice, in perfect condition. Length from shoulder to hem 39". Across bust is 21". Uncinched waist 21". Australian size 10, or US 6. This could fit a size 4-10 in my estimation. First pic best represents the colour.
