canada_chic @jennagotswag hey! The heel is black rubber, and is fully in tact. It is there for certain as per all the other pictures.

jennagotswag @canada_chic I am referring to the beige rubber part. It should match the entire sole. You have it pictured intact in the first pic and I currently own a pair and know that the beige rubber textured part is missing as it should cover the black portion. Did they come off when washing them or were they removed due to wear or damage? Can you clarify please for product transparency.
