Goth 90’s Y2K Black Velvet Blouse with Rhinestone Detail

I thrifted this gorgeous piece a while ago, but it is tragically too big for me and doesn’t work very well with any of the clothes I have. :( I’d guess it’s around a size 8-10. I’m not sure Velvet material with slight stretch Unsure of the brand
