unbranded (thrifted) but is hot topic, lip service merry go round type skirt fashion bought at a thrift store that specializes in vintage and costume props if I have to guess I'd say this lovely is from the mid 90s still very wearable and in great condition no holes or tears black velvet burnout layered poofy hi-low skirt could be worn alone or over another skirt for a steampunk witchy goth bustle effect size medium super cute and swooshy did i mention this piece is great for layering ruffle at the hem makes it a great dance accessory
