Measures size EXTRA SMALL - 16” put to pit/ 14” waist at smallest point/ flows outward from waist/ 21” bustier style to waist and 37” from waist to hem. The bottom is rounded so it billows outward. I could not find any flaws. Please note as very vintage it may require a touch up or refresh it will wrinkle from shipping so I will not be steaming.
