meeshareilly @purewhitelight Hi, well, the tag says "small", but it's a really great design in that you can adjust the drawstrings at the neck and in the skirt to change the fit if you want to. i'm usually a size M/L and it fits me too (My pit-to-pit is usually 20" and it accomodated me). The skirt is generous at the hips, but you can pull the drawstrings to change or experiment with the fit. The waist is elasticated so it will just naturally gather tighter there if you're smaller.
