Gray jacket size 4/6

Some small snags and pulls to the sleeves as per the photos. The material is stretchy. Underarms have vent holes. Two front pockets and a pocket to left sleeve upper arm. Measurements pit to pit 16 inches length 21.25 inches No size dot and no tag so my best guess is this is a size 4 to 6.
