alexsilvia @donnawilson124 I included a photo of the tag, it says cow hide leather. So I think the exterior is leather.

alexsilvia @donnawilson124 I would say it’s fairly soft. The bag itself does keep its shape but the leather is pretty soft. Not super soft that it gets scratched by dust either.
