Off-the-shoulder top with ruffle trim details. Top has cap sleeves with an elastic neckline. Body is fitted (measurement in photos). Fabric feels like a faux suede and is 90% polyester and 10% elastane. It has some stretch. In near perfect condition. Colour is a khaki green.
