Measurements please. What shade of green is it? Does the colour look like the pictures?

Hi; it's pretty much the same shade of green you see in the pictures, just a teeny bit less yellow (so a lime green). the picture with the tag is in low light, so that colour is off. the measurements are 18"/46cm pit to pit, and 26"/66cm from top of neck in back to bottom hem.
